Gnocchi alla genovese

with basil and garlic

Preparation:

Preheat frying pan, add some butter and heat gnocchi for 3 – 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve with pesto or grated cheese.

 

Ingredients:

Dough: water, durum wheat semolina*, potatoes* 20%, potato starch*, sea salt, rice flour*, turmeric*, tomatoes*

Filling 15%: ricotta*, basil* 40%, milk*, breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, yeast*), parmesan* (Parmigiano Reggiano), sea salt, spinach, garlic* 0,5% – *certified organic ingredients

 

May contain traces of soy.
