Gnocchi ai funghi porcini

Preparation:

Preheat frying pan, add some butter and heat gnocchi for 3 – 4 minutes until golden brown. Serve with pesto or grated cheese.

Dough: water, durum wheat semolina*, potatoes* 20%, potato starch*, sea salt, rice flour*,

turmeric*, tomatoes*
Filling 15%: ricotta*, milk*, potatoes*, porcini* 7%, mushrooms*, parmesan* (Parmigiano Reggiano), sea salt, yeast extract*, pepper* – *certified organic ingredients
