Spelt Gnocchi

 

Preparation:

Preheat frying pan, add some butter and heat Gnocchi for 3 – 4 minutes until golden brown. For a vegan preparation use oil instead of butter.

 

Ingredients:

mashed potatoes* 63% (water, potato flakes*), spelt flour* 33%, potato starch* 3%, sea salt, rice flour*.
