A vegetarian or even vegan lifestyle is getting more and more common. But we do not follow a short lived trend – we did offer vegetarian products right from the start and we have been selling vegan products for many years now. Those recipes were not developed to label our products “vegan”, we mainly wanted them to taste great. Our classic gnocchi as well as our large ravioli with spinach and leek are perfect examples that vegan products and great taste are a perfect combination.
