Tortelloni, which are originally from northern Italy, are considered the bigger version of tortellini. They are made from a very thin dough that is first cut into small circles and then stuffed with a delicious filling.

Our organic pasta is exclusively produced in Germany, of course keeping to original Italian family recipes. To minimise our carbon footprint, we avoid long transport routes and produce as ressource-efficient and sustainable as possible.
