Sweet potato Schupfnudeln
Preparation:
Preheat frying pan, add some butter and heat Schupfnudeln for 5 – 6 minutes until golden brown.
Ingredients:
mashed sweet potatoes* 40% (water,sweet potatoes), durum wheat semolina* 20%, mashed potatoes* (water, potato flakes*), potato starch*, eggs*, water, sunflower oil*, sea salt, guar gum*.
