Preparation:
Preheat frying pan, add some butter and heat Gnocchi for 3 – 4 minutes until golden brown. For a vegan preparation use oil instead of butter.
Ingredients:
mashed potatoes* 68% (water, potato flakes*), lentil flour (red)* 30%, potato starch* 1,5%, sea salt, rice flour*.
