Mezzelune

with sweet potatoes and chili (mild)

Preparation:

Bring salted water to the boil and add mezzelune. Simmer for 6 – 8 minutes. Serve with pesto or another delicious pasta sauce.

Filling 40%: sweet potatoes* 57%, breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, yeast*, table salt), olive oil*, potato flakes*, sea salt, nutmeg*, parsley*, pepper*, garlic*, chili powder* 0,5% – *certified organic ingredients
