Schupfnudeln are a German speciality similar to Italian Gnocchi which are traditionally made from potatoes and durum wheat semolina. Whereas the Swabian classic Spätzle is made from durum wheat semolina and eggs, originally. Besides those classics we offer wholegrain and egg-free varieties of each product.
Our organic pasta is produced exclusively in Germany, based on original Italian family recipes. To minimise our carbon footprint, we avoid long transport routes and produce as ressource-efficient and sustainable as possible. We offer vegetarian, vegan as well as gluten-free pasta.
