Schupfnudeln are a German speciality similar to Italian Gnocchi which are traditionally made from potatoes and durum wheat semolina. Whereas the Swabian classic Spätzle are made from durum wheat semolina and eggs, originally. Besides those classics we offer spelt and egg-free varieties of each product.
